Everything you want to know
but don't dare ask
-
Why the name "KIMIA"?When we started on this journey, we wanted a name that encapsulates the essence of what we want to bring to your drinks: a touch of magic, a sense of discovery, and unparalleled quality. "Kimia" is an Ancient Greek word that means elixir of life and alchemy, concepts that perfectly align with our mission to create unique and transformative mixers. In ancient Persian poetry, "kimia" also signifies something rare or unique, reflecting our dedication to crafting extraordinary products that stand out. Just like the alchemists of years long past sought to turn ordinary materials into gold, we want to help you turn your everyday drinks into something truly special with our innovative mixers. We just hope we're not as mad as those alchemists.
-
What is the shelf-life of KIMIA mixers? To ensure you get the freshest products and best experience, all our mixers are made to order. We suggest to consume our mixers within 1 month of purchase.
-
Why is the shelf-life of KIMIA mixers so short? We use the freshest ingredients to maximise your enjoyment of KIMIA mixers. We also don't add any preservatives, or use artifical colours, flavours or sweeteners in our products.
-
Where does KIMIA ship to?We currently only ship to addresses in Singapore. But with your support, we hope to be able to enable more consumers around the world to make world-class drinks from their kitchens.
-
What payment methods do you accept? We're currently only accepting payments via PayNow to: 83948682. Thank you for understanding!
-
Why do you only accept PayNow?Yeah, we really are sorry about that. But we're still a very small home business for now, dedicated to making quality mixers so that everyone can make world-class drinks from your kitchens. Other payment methods (credit card, etc) are really expensive and unsustainable for us (for now!) but with your support, we hope to grow and add more payment methods to serve you better. Thank you for your understanding! We love you.
